We use Thaymar Dairy Ice Cream.

Thaymar Dairy Ice Cream was formed two decades ago by Martin and Thelma Cheetham at Haughton Park Farm.

With 90 pedigree Friesian cows, the introduction of milk quotas led Thelma to look for ways to use surplus milk.  It soon became clear that there was a gap in the market for quality ice cream, so Thelma enrolled at Reaseheath College to learn the art of making ice cream.  Shortly after, Thaymar Dairy Ice Cream was born in 1988.  In the same year, Martin won an award for his dairy cows at Southwell Ploughing Match, and he joked with the local paper that the cow they were photographing made fantastic ice cream.

Communication from them was prompt and clear, and they were incredibly helpful with any queries we had. On the night, set up and clear down was efficient and quick, and the staff very friendly. The BBQ and falafel both went down a treat and were especially good with catering for special dietary requirements such as veganism and gluten intolerance. The stand was decorated nicely, and the whole event ran smoothly!"
